Funnily enough even though Infamous is the title, the good endings are canon because people picked it more, with the bad ones being the planned canon. That’s why we have Delsin instead of Cole.
I’ll dress up in bright yellow and green clothing while talking about sunshine and rainbows, and constantly giggling like a person in love. That’ll confuse them.
I’d rather let people get to know the characters and their personalities by themselves once the first chapters are out. So I’m not sure how Ylva would feel about putting them up as an archetype or something. Plus, you can influence the personality of some of them.
Something tells me that you can make an educated guess on the character’s personalities for yourself just by reading their descriptions.
For example, I can guess that Shodan is a laidback sort of gal who would call people “normies” left and right, unaware of how accurate that statement is.
Evidence: She wears baggy jeans and sarcastic shirts (totally a filthy casual), she’s 18 (prime age to be acquainted with Internet culture), and her mask covers her whole head, which helps with the whole “Anonymous” look.
Just because I like the dark means I’m a sadist? That’s so insensitive
I’m the nicest worst person alive. And I like flowers for funerals and sunlight to kill ants and rainbows because it just rained
I don’t know whether that is a good thing or a bad thing cause “I will possess your heart” sounded like “Demon has possessed your heart”…for some reason I kind of like it…I need help
*To continue this route you must attempt to start another
*Don’t worry she won’t let you stray.
I’m still wondering what properly functioning is for her, and what not being functioning means, for us. Although I’m hoping her powers are really useful.
So, with Ylva’s permission, here’s a little snippet from the game, because I am a kind and benevolent god:
Your back is pressed against a flat surface and there are rings around your wrists and ankles, strapping you to it; your body feels cold and you can’t move; you’re not breathing either, but your consciousness isn’t slipping away like it should in fact, it feels like you just woke up. You can faintly hear voices, one is low, rough and distinctly male in sound, the other is softer and higher pitched. They seem to be talking with one another though they sound distant from you.
You don’t know how much time passes as your senses slowly return, but eventually you become capable of distinguishing the words being exchanged.
"Physically impossible as it may be, it’s fascinating, simply fascinating," says the low voice as a finger traces along your left wing—wait, wing?
