I achieved the highest achievement, “A Crown of my own,” in the game Affairs of the Court, but I’m only the Lady Regent, not the Queen. Does anyone know what choices I need to make to become the actual Queen?

Can’t, MC isn’t part of the royal bloodline.

Oh, I once played a game where you could become king just by having high stats, even without royal blood. I thought this game was the same. Thanks for the answer!
